Fever Pro Zero Teeth Whitening FAQs
How does it work?
The mouth tray is filled with a thin layer of our whitening gel (recommended amount of 0.5 ml per session), pressed against your teeth then activated under the LED light. Our active ingredient breaks apart the chemical bonds in organic surface stains and inorganic stains found inside of your tooth. The structure of your tooth is not altered in any way. We strongly recommend you follow the step by step instructions included in your teeth whitening kit. Please ensure you read all recommended warnings before use.
How much whitening sessions will I get in a kit?
You will receive 3 x syringes in your kit, and each syringe holds 3 ml of whitening gel. That should be 15-18 sessions. We recommend using no more than 0.5 ml of whitening gel per session which should give you 18 sessions in total per kit.
All whitening syringes have a measuring ruler on them so you can measure the amount accurately.
How long does it take?
We recommend you whiten for 30 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour per session to get the best results. However, user discretion is advised as we are all different. If you experience any painful discomfort at any time, please discontinue use and rinse your mouth thoroughly for more info visit here.
How often should I whiten?
Results will vary from person to person. Most of our customers go 3-5 shades lighter in just one application. FEVER Zero allows you to whiten every day until you reach your desired shade and we recommend monthly maintenance after that.
What is the active ingredient?
Our product ingredients are non-toxic, cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.
The active ingredient is Sodium chlorite which is salt based, super safe to use and unlike our powerful formula in our FEVER Professional teeth whitening kits, FEVER Zero was designed with a sensitivity in mind.
Can I use if I have braces, restorations, crowns, caps or veneers?
No, you can't. Whitening may interfere with the glue holding your braces on and will cause uneven whitening. We recommend using once you have your braces removed.
Our whitening gel only whitens natural tooth enamel. Therefore, it will not whiten restorations, crowns, caps or veneers. If you do a whitening session, bear in mind that your natural teeth will change colour and this can often make your restorations stand out more or look discoloured.
What should I do if the whitening solution comes into contact with my skin causing pain or discomfort to my skin, eyes or hair?
If the whitening solution comes into contact with any body part that it is not intended for, wash and flush the area with cold, clean water until removed. If you continue to experience any painful discomfort seek medical advice immediately.
